Calibration: Test equipment, test benches, systems
We are one of the leading calibration laboratories and accredited for more than 300 calibration procedures according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. We carry out the calibrations in our laboratories or on your premises. You have the choice between ISO/factory calibrations and accredited calibrations (DAkkS).
Test equipment management
We organize everything around your test equipment and measuring points: Calibration cycles, processes, documentation, logistics and IT solutions. For this purpose we have developed our own holistic solution - PRIMAS.
Qualification: Cleanrooms, plants & utilities, transport & warehouse
We qualify your equipment and facilities as well as warehouses and transporters GxP compliant according to the risk-based approach. This sustainably ensures quality before, during and after production and creates the basis for effective processes and procedures.
Validation: Cleaning, process, transport, computer & software validation
We test and secure the most important properties of processes in the GxP environment for you: Reproducibility and robustness. Our experts always offer you adequate support for your projects - whether for individual tests or for complete project coordination.
Consulting Services
We offer consulting services on the topics of quality management, production excellence and management systems / test process management in the automotive (OEMs and suppliers), aerospace and medical sectors. Take advantage of our industry expertise and optimize your processes.
Proficiency tests and comparison measurements
We are a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043 accredited provider for proficiency testing in the thermodynamic and dimensional environment. In addition, we offer comparative measurements for all other measured variables within a non-accredited framework.
Metrological testing services
In addition to calibration, we offer you testing services based on our metrological expertise. This includes the creation of initial sample inspection reports, HV testing and the performance of machine capability inspection (MFU) as well as measurement system analysis (MSA).
Repair service
We offer beyond calibration, the repair of test equipment and measuring instruments. Our main focus is on electrical and thermodynamic measuring instruments. From spare parts procurement to repair and final calibration, everything is done from a single source.
Pick-up and delivery service
With our in-house collection and delivery service, we ensure the safe transport of your test equipment throughout Germany. Our trained and experienced drivers use special reusable transport boxes to ensure the safe transport of your high-quality test equipment.
Practice-orientated seminars & workshops
We have a wide range of seminars & workshops on the topics of calibration / test equipment management & GMP qualification / validation. It is particularly important to us that all our speakers come from a practical background and have extensive expertise.
